Description
Riesling was the first varietal we planted on the Fess Parker Home Ranch in the late 80’s. Although it’s sometimes misunderstood, it’s a varietal we love working with and a wine that’s perfect to drink this time of year.
This Santa Barbara County Riesling is an off dry wine, but it still maintains great acidity. It’s 100% stainless steel tank fermented and aged, making it extremely refreshing and easy to drink. It's also extraordinarily versatile and pairs well with many different cuisines.
Aromatically beautiful, with flavors of lemon and Key lime, a light mineral character, backed by a lively, crisp, sleek texture
